Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs. The return shipping cost from your home to the online store is at your own expense. This cost is approximately 4 euros per mailbox package; please check the exact rates on your carrier's website.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the seller with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. We will refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving notification of your return, provided the product has been returned in good condition.
